Amazing!

Liked: Easy to find, very clean, amazing customer service from the moment you arrived, specially Jenn at the front desk, she was very friendly.

Pleasant

Liked: Comfortable stay and close to the Niagara Falls State Park. I called the Marriott hot line the day before requesting an early checking and it was great!
Disliked: Limited breakfast options.

Would stay again.

Liked: Close to attractions.
Disliked: Houses in immediate area seemed a little sketchy but we didn’t have any issues arise.

Disliked: It would be nice to have more restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel. We did eat at the casino across the park from hotel.

Overall, the stay was convenient...

Liked: The location was great, with easy access to all major areas and attractions.
Disliked: The washrooms were not properly cleaned, you could see dirt in several spots. Housekeeping wasn’t done daily, which is disappointing considering we’re paying for a full-day stay. The breakfast was basic, with just bread, jam, and eggs. It seems like many hotels across the U.S. follow this minimal approach just to be able to say they provide breakfast.
