Disliked: Staff was rude and lazy

We wasn’t at the hotel...

Liked: The rooms were pretty clean and the beds were comfortable enough for us. The staff seem nice too.
Disliked: A lot of renovations around this property on another hotel. Bikes were scattered all around like a junk yard. No door except the front so if you had to park around back it was a longer walk to get back inside.

Liked: The staff was friendly and the hotel itself was very nice.
Disliked: I did not like being awoken by people talking loudly (almost yelling) in the hallway , slamming the door constantly while we were trying to sleep. We at first thought someone was fighting they were so loud. The same with people in the parking lot. We were on the third floor and could hear them. It gave us an uneasy feeling that we weren't safe . I kept looking out of the window to make sure no one was near our car. We literally turned the air conditioner on, making it freezing in the room to try to block out the noise to get some rest. We had a long drive there. We had a busy day the next day with a long drive back home. All we wanted was a good night's sleep and that did not happen.
