Comfortable and relaxing stay

Liked: We stayed here on the last night of our NYC trip as we had an early morning flight to catch out of JFK. this location was perfect, check in was extremely smooth and quick, rooms are decent sized, beds and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was clean, toiletries all provided. Towels could have been fluffier but that's neither here or there.. the best part was it was right across from a variety of halal restaurants which made it easy to just walk across and grab dinner.Breakfast was decent amd the waitress was extremely nice and helpful.
Disliked: No electric kettle in the room for tea and the coffee machine was very dusty from outside and inside which was a put off.There were no toasts to go with the eggs. Only bagels which we found weird.

can’t afford to pay for...

Disliked: i had an overnight stay , my room wasn’t ready when we checked in after 3:30, my husband called two days before our stay and asked if we could leave the car at 9:00 A M there was no problem except no one ever told us their is a 41 dollar charge every night plus tax to park your car , booking didn’t tell us upon booking and the hotel didn’t tell us two days prior when my husband called and asked if we could park early the day of check in , then they tried to charge me for two day parking when we only stayed one night, no one disclosed the parking fee, only that there was parking available

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The rooms were clean and the breakfast in the morning was so nice.
Disliked: We got some traffic noise at night which is no fault of the hotel. We had the fan on from the cooling system all night for background noise and that helped.

Liked: Modern & clean
Disliked: Not close to ant train station BUT there is a bus stop right out the front & another major bus junction a 10min walk close by
