Very good

Liked: The room was decent and very clean. The housekeeping staff were extremely attentive and friendly.
Disliked: The walls were a little thin and corridors got noisy in the evenings/weekends.

Liked: free water in the lobby, close to subway
Disliked: close to the train station with loud noise especially at night, and niose from the road as well, sounds isolation not good

Disliked: booked a room with 2 queen beds, but when we arrived late at night, we were given a room with only 1 bed. There were 4 of us, and the receptionist, Quanesha, was extremely rude. She told us the other room was leaking and that they couldn’t accommodate us there, so they put us in this room where two people had to somehow fit on a sofa — without providing any bedding, sheets, or blankets. The sofa was a single, not even suitable for two.The worst part is that she knew about this situation in advance, still charged me the full price, didn’t warn me, and only after I entered the room did I find out. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your experience — especially if you have the misfortune to deal with employees like Quanesha, who will make things worse instead of trying to fix them. I had also booked this same hotel in Washington, but I canceled it. Never again.

Not so happy...

Liked: The position
Disliked: The hotel doesn't look as fancy as in the pictures. Extremely cold air conditioning on the hallway. A lot of noise coming through the thin windows of the room because of the traffic and the train passing on the Manhattan bridge. The surrounding area is pretty smelly. Breakfast is ok but extremely simple, no espresso, not enough tables and chairs for the amount of guests...

Good accomodation in lower Manhattan...

Liked: Cleaning every day. We had a problem with the toilet on Sunday morning and they fixed it in 15 minutes! Well done! Every employee smiles at you, that's a plus.
Disliked: Breakfast room is small, always had to wait for seats (we were 3). Breakfast is enough but not A quality food.

Liked: Great breakfast options, cleanliness of rooms and helpfulness of staff.
Disliked: Not the best of locations

Liked: Room was nice and comfortable. Staff were helpful but location and breakfast was not as expected.
Disliked: For Marriott hotel the Breakfast was awful we only had the breakfast on 1st day we reported to the staff to provide better veggie option but they could not. Location was central in Chinatown but when u on the streets there was bad smell.
