Exceptional

Liked: Excellent location in the heart of Chinatown and within walking distance from Lower East Side and East Village! Metro station (line F) also at convenient location giving easy access to Midtown and Brooklyn! Room quite spacious, comfortable beds and nice view! Decent breakfast to start your day off! Price was quite ok for the New York standards! Highly recommended!

Liked: I enjoyed my stay at the property rooms were clean, breakfast was good not much variety but good.
Disliked: The location is almost in the middle of China Town district and as such there’s almost always a stench as you step out onto the surrounding streets.

Liked: The hotel is excellent in every aspect (except breakfast)..Very rewarding for the very reasonable price. Great reading material for the bathroom
Disliked: All the hotels I've been to in the US serve the same breakfast, more or less, so I guess I shouldn't complain.. but still, what's with some vegetables, some minimal variety of cheese, bread.. it's all very very basic.

Liked: No complaints. Good size room. Some noise from the nearby train/subway but not disturbing. Breakfast is pretty simple but was sufficient for us. Breakfast room tends to get a bit busy but it was never an issue for us.

Would highly recommend staying there,...

Liked: Very comfortable, staff were very helpful and kind, great and quiet area, close to public transport
Disliked: Not something I didn’t like but more of something that needs improvement which is the breakfast I feel like there needs to be more options it was very basic just the regular scrambled eggs, orange juice, bread and some fruits it needs more variety of options

Liked: The room was decent and very clean. The housekeeping staff were extremely attentive and friendly.
Disliked: The walls were a little thin and corridors got noisy in the evenings/weekends.

Liked: free water in the lobby, close to subway
Disliked: close to the train station with loud noise especially at night, and niose from the road as well, sounds isolation not good

Disliked: booked a room with 2 queen beds, but when we arrived late at night, we were given a room with only 1 bed. There were 4 of us, and the receptionist, Quanesha, was extremely rude. She told us the other room was leaking and that they couldn’t accommodate us there, so they put us in this room where two people had to somehow fit on a sofa — without providing any bedding, sheets, or blankets. The sofa was a single, not even suitable for two.The worst part is that she knew about this situation in advance, still charged me the full price, didn’t warn me, and only after I entered the room did I find out. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your experience — especially if you have the misfortune to deal with employees like Quanesha, who will make things worse instead of trying to fix them. I had also booked this same hotel in Washington, but I canceled it. Never again.
