Disliked: I liked everything. Breakfast was great, lots if choices. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Clean towels every day. Couldn't ask for more!

Walking distance of fantastic City...

Liked: Comfortable, spacious rooms with air conditioning gave a relaxed stay. Good free wifi, with a fridge and microwave in the room. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Disliked: Good breakfast but slightly limited options Day-to-day. Perfectly sufficient though for our needs to get going for the day.

Liked: Great location. 15 min walk to World Trade Centre. 5 min to tube stop
Disliked: Breakfast was basic.

The place is very noisy...

Liked: The breakfast was decent. It consistent of eggs, sausage, fruits and yogurt. Shawn, the receptionist, was personable. The other receptionists were not.
Disliked: It was very noisy since the place is near a train station. After changing to a less noisy room, the A/C did not work. We then have to change room again. The whole process was very inconvenient and time consuming.

Disliked: Rooms to small and all rooms need a mirror to look at themselves after getting dress

Liked: We liked the breakfast but it ran out every day so you had to get up early.
Disliked: Many items didn’t get seem to get replenished, once the yogurt or apple juice was done for the morning, that was it. We were there 3 days and had this experience consistently.

Excellent staff and value for...

Liked: The staff were excellent and helpful, the room was spacious and the breakfast being included was an added bonus along with the ability to fill the water bottle.
Disliked: The location was good but not ideal for central manhattan. It was good if you didn’t mind walking which we don’t.
