Nice room and hotel but...

Liked: Nice room and comfy bed
Disliked: We were right next to a 24x7 railway bridge so didn’t get a wink of sleep. I think it is deceptive practice not to mention this on the description.

Liked: Great location, room was OK, clean and quiet. It's close to 2 subway stations and very handy to go visit the main sites.
Disliked: Not enough room at breakfast, too many guests and not enough tables. We had to bring our breakfast back to our room on the first day...

Modern hotel near chinatown with great breakfast

Liked: The bedroom and bathroom are comparably large and very modern.The breakfast buffet is plentiful, offering eggs, cerials, bagels, fruits good coffee, etc. Definitively above the American average standard. They even have oatmilk.The location near chinatown, Manhattan bridge and the east broadway subway station is very good and one can walk to downdown / financial district in 15 minutes.
Disliked: The noise by the trains and cars on Manhatten bridge is pretty loud, but bareable.The showerhead is fixed at an angle, making it a bit awkward to use (which somehow is common in American hotels for whatever reason).The breakfast buffet only has plastic cutlery, cups and paper plates (again, unfortunately very common in the US...).

In chinatown close to the Metro station

Liked: Great hotel in the middle of Chinatown. 2 blocks away from East Broadway metro station and within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Financial district. Breakfast OK, comfortable room (even though a bit small).
Disliked: The room was a little small. We were only 2 travellers and it was OK, but this room is advertised for up to 4 people and that would be too many people for this room. Very little place for the suitcases.

Liked: Staff were really friendly and helpful
Disliked: The air conditioning unit was so close to the bed it made it difficult to get out of bed one side without hitting your legs on it!
