Very friendly staff from registration to all areas of the hotel.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: One of two elevators was not working. Long time to wait since our room was on the 18th floor.

The front desk staff was...

Liked: Our room was great the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The room had a damp smell, and was dark, however the room was great and the bed was soo comfortable. Would stay here again. We had 10 people and everyone had a great time. Love the roof top

We Are generally very satisifed,...

Liked: According to exoectations
Disliked: Aircondition a bit noisy, and went on and off all the time, would have been better if it had been continuos.Elevators were slow, when there were many stops it was taking a lot of time stopping and starting getting peoole on and off

Liked: The staff and the room are great. Very nice hotel and everything except the elevators were great.
Disliked: The elevator problem is unbelievable. We will not return unless the issue is resolved.
