Very friendly staff from registration to all areas of the hotel.

Disliked: One of two elevators was not working. Long time to wait since our room was on the 18th floor.

Liked: Loved everything. Gym was great . Everything was so clean throughout the hotel .
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable. Hard. Had to use a pillow under my back .

The room size is bigger...

Liked: The Welcoming cookie was a delight (it will be nice with water too). the beds and Linen look and smell fresh, and the design is tastefully done, room size is comfortable for 4. The Breakfast is well set up. The promptness, cleanliness, and welcoming vibe are wonderful.
Disliked: There was no microwave in the room and one hook for towels to hang and bring your lotion, it wasn't provided.Maybe no one complained the night we stayed; kids were jumping up and down running so that we could hear enough to be awakened from sleep.
