Very friendly staff from registration to all areas of the hotel.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: One of two elevators was not working. Long time to wait since our room was on the 18th floor.

Comfortable and friendly.

Liked: There was a good enough selection of options at breakfast, and we were really impressed by the hygiene. Every member of staff we spoke to was helpful and polite. `The location was good for transport. The room was very clean.Overall it was excellent value for money and we would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike!

poor experience al together.

Liked: The elevators were broken, they charged me the deposit twice and have not yet resoved the double charge.
Disliked: The elevators are to slow for the building that big

Best place for business travellers...

Liked: Location is great, Main attractions like Central Park and time Squre is on walking distance.
Disliked: Breakfast options are limited specially nothing for an Indian traveler, room and bathroom size is very small no space for seating and storage of luggage, Only single lift is working, always long waiting time to go ground floor or to the room.
