If I had to find a negative, I would say the bathroom sink was small.

Liked: All the staff were great. They were very friendly and were very willing to help on any question we had. Loved the complimentary 24 hour tea and coffee. The complimentary breakfast is a plus. Rooms were clean and the shower was as good as a spa. Beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the car service that was available at a very reasonable price. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. As a past sales manager of a family owned hotel, I am usually very critical. This hit my mark. Extremely clean. Modern, bright, yet inviting. The rooftop BYOB lounge area was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day, and the breakfast area offered a full range of items for those seeking a low carb breakfast - something most breakfast bars fail to do! Kudos to the pleasant staff and even though we didn't take advantage, the free bike rental would have been great had we had more time!

Liked: It was in a very convenient location for the subway, Uber, shops, restaurants, and close to my daughter’s brownstone!
Disliked: I had to think about this a minute because it really is a great place to stay. It’s my 2nd stay this year! The shop at the front could have more choices of wine and snacks.

Liked: Location, friendliness of staff and breakfast! Yep I said it! The free continental breakfast was fantastic!
Disliked: Parking. They have a lot but it’s first come first serve.

Liked: The location is good, 10-15 min walk to public transport and to prospect park. The rooftop terrace of the hotel was a great plus. The staff were friendly. The sound insulation is pretty good.
Disliked: The breakfast didn't have that many options, and many days, the porridge would run out. There were no vegetables at breakfast. We were mistakenly charged for parking when we hadn't booked any parking or used a car, and it took a few days for that to be reverted, which was frustrating. The hotel wasn't the best cleaning wise. Our bedsheets were not changed, and the staff didn't seem to clean the room, but they did clean the bathroom a bit.
