If I had to find a negative, I would say the bathroom sink was small.

Liked: All the staff were great. They were very friendly and were very willing to help on any question we had. Loved the complimentary 24 hour tea and coffee. The complimentary breakfast is a plus. Rooms were clean and the shower was as good as a spa. Beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the car service that was available at a very reasonable price. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. As a past sales manager of a family owned hotel, I am usually very critical. This hit my mark. Extremely clean. Modern, bright, yet inviting. The rooftop BYOB lounge area was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day, and the breakfast area offered a full range of items for those seeking a low carb breakfast - something most breakfast bars fail to do! Kudos to the pleasant staff and even though we didn't take advantage, the free bike rental would have been great had we had more time!

Great Place for Short Stays

Liked: I liked that the staff tried to get me into a room for an early check in which they did and I was able to check in about an hour prior to the normal check in at 3:00. I loved the location and would stay here again just for the location. The breakfast was a very nice touch.
Disliked: The room was extremely small. Hard to maneuver around without bumping or stubbing my toe. Bathroom was the same way. No area to put my shower products but on the floor along with bathroom sink. Tiny tiny rooms.

Liked: The location was not too far from Atlantic Ave. Shopping area. The staff was courteous.
Disliked: The breakfast was too repetitive. More variety is needed on the menu.

Liked: The location was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. It was a fairly short walk to the subway and to lovely cafes and restaurants. The area felt safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The breakfast options could have been a bit better (a greater array of healthy options, and more cooked options for vegetarians would have been nice). But it was still good to have breakfast included in the price.
