If I had to find a negative, I would say the bathroom sink was small.
Liked: All the staff were great. They were very friendly and were very willing to help on any question we had. Loved the complimentary 24 hour tea and coffee. The complimentary breakfast is a plus. Rooms were clean and the shower was as good as a spa. Beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the car service that was available at a very reasonable price. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. As a past sales manager of a family owned hotel, I am usually very critical. This hit my mark. Extremely clean. Modern, bright, yet inviting. The rooftop BYOB lounge area was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day, and the breakfast area offered a full range of items for those seeking a low carb breakfast - something most breakfast bars fail to do! Kudos to the pleasant staff and even though we didn't take advantage, the free bike rental would have been great had we had more time!

My stay was just ok....
Liked: The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful.
Disliked: The Housekeepers refused to clean the room despite being asked and reminded. They would drop off clean towels and disappear! For 3 days!

Liked: Good location, quality of the room and nice breakfasts. The rooftop was a big plus too!
Disliked: 1. We got our apartment on the ground floor and one day when we came back to our room, the window was opened, the cleaning service didn’t close it what was literally scary considering that we had all our electronics, laptops, cameras etc inside… we reported the issue, but what we heard back was only “sorry” 2. Bad communication with the reception, the guy was really nice, helpful and welcoming, but the lady who made a checkout to us was arrogant and had a problem with writing us an invoice3. The cleaning service was not coming everyday, towels were also changed every couple of days. Sometimes the cleaning service was only taking out the trash and wouldn’t make up a bed even though we asked for it
