Very good

Liked: Location - walking distance to ferry, great good and also the comfortably, staff and breakfast
Disliked: Housekeeping - did not come at all one day. Did not get toilet paper two days in a row, bed was made one time in 7 days and never got towels one day

Disliked: I booked this a while back, but they said that all they had left was a first floor room and that was because they had a large group there and because I booked with a third party. It didn't matter that I had booked in advance.Large group was loud outside at night and I couldn't sleep. Also, although the room looked immaculate, when I got into bed there was a foul odor on part of the bedding so I got dressed and drove 5 hours home. My husband remained for the family event nearby.

Liked: Excellent location near wonderful restaurants, Whaling Museum and of course the waterfront!
Disliked: Room was a bit dated, yet exceptable.

Disliked: Not big trash cans and the tv chancel not have lot of options

Don't count on having a...

Liked: Location is noisy if your room faces JFK memorial highway. The Booking.com site said I would get a "harbor view" room. I did not. When I inquired at the desk, they said they were fully booked and the room I booked was a "standard queen". Not sure if this is Booking.com issue or hotel issue.Also, the fan in the HVAC unit gave out intermittent high-pitched squeals. We couldn't use it. The desk said maintenance guy had gone home, by 5 pm Friday, and they had no floor or box fans we could use. This got us a $25 discount but we slept a bit warmly than we liked. Opened the window for a bit, but like I said, traffic noise.Breakfast was very good, especially if you want non-dairy, GF options. Fresh cut fruit and fresh oatmeal with trimmings. Comfy beds, pillows and towels.
Disliked: A fallback for nonfunctioning things would be good: fan doesn't work, no spare fans.

Disliked: Bathroom sink drained slowly and suitcase did not fit on the rack in the closet so the door couldn’t close.

Liked: Cleanliness and breakfast.
Disliked: Too noisy at night because of the fire exit door slamming shut constantly ar 2AM in the morning ar 2nd floor.
