Love this hotel, have stayed...

Liked: Love the location, morning breakfast is nice with a variety of choices, beds are comfortable. Love the jug of water in the lobby to refill my yeti, they add fruit to it daily.
Disliked: I wish they would get rid of tubs and just install showers. (Don’t change the fabulous water pressure though! :-)

Liked: Location - walking distance to ferry, great good and also the comfortably, staff and breakfast
Disliked: Housekeeping - did not come at all one day. Did not get toilet paper two days in a row, bed was made one time in 7 days and never got towels one day

Disliked: I booked this a while back, but they said that all they had left was a first floor room and that was because they had a large group there and because I booked with a third party. It didn't matter that I had booked in advance.Large group was loud outside at night and I couldn't sleep. Also, although the room looked immaculate, when I got into bed there was a foul odor on part of the bedding so I got dressed and drove 5 hours home. My husband remained for the family event nearby.
