Liked: Didn't stay for breakfast. Had to leave early. There was a $21 charge on my card for incidentals which we did not use.Waiting for the charge to be removed.
Disliked: What I just said about the charge.

Liked: The breakfast, the staff.
Disliked: Staff messed up our check-in. Recharged my credit card. I had to stand and wait while they figured out how to correct it. I booked a suite, the air wouldn't work so we got moved to two rooms that were connected each with double beds. I appreciate that the rooms were connected. It was just a hassle to move rooms because they only had one trolly cart, and someone else was using it, so we had to move all of our stuff without it.

Best value hotel in Nashville
Liked: Everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind, even when there was a problem with our original room. The room we eventually stayed in was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was amazing. I literally took 3 showers in my one night stay just because the water pressure was that awesome. The breakfast was pretty good, they had eggs and breakfast meats, an oatmeal bar, toast and bagels, cereal, waffles, the works. The pool looked great but upon arriving I realized I forgot my swimsuit, but it looked clean and nice. For $120, this was an amazing value and I look forward to returning to Nashville and staying at this hotel again. Special thank you to Jeff, Jean, and the other lady at the front desk with the cool nails and tattoos (I didn't catch her name!

Great place to stay.
Liked: Close to where we wanted to go. All of the front reception was we especially helpful.

It was a nice cozy...
Liked: The staff made sure we got in a room because due to booking.com it had not populated on their end and we was on a waiting list but the friendly manager made sure we got in a room even though booking.com was not up on their end
