Great hotel need new mini...
Liked: The property was close to the airport and the grand ole opry which is where my daughter’s event was so super easy to get around.
Disliked: The TV was a little screwy and the refrigerator had a button you had to push and would automatically shut off not keeping the food cold.

Great experience! I'd stay there...
Liked: The location was very convenient to the airport, and an easy commute to downtown Nashville and the surrounding communities. The breakfast was better than most that I have had at hotels, with good selections and refreshed timely by staff. The hotel, my room, and the breakfast eating area was very clean. I saw staff cleaning on a regular basis. Parking was great; super convenient. The area felt very safe, too, which is important to me since I was traveling by myself.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I did not like.

Birthday Get Away
Liked: We always love the area of the hotel and the staff are very sweet and helpful.
Disliked: We were on the 3 rd floor and no one informed us that the ice machine was not working so we had to go to the 2nd each visit to get ice.

We needed a place on...
Liked: We really enjoyed the breakfast and the spa.
Disliked: The only thing was that it was right by the airport but it didn’t bother us much.

booking.com and fairfield don't know...
Liked: don't know
Disliked: Tried to book a room with this hotel through booking.com. When we finished putting in all info...including credit card number, it popped up on the screen that "this room is no longer available." So, we booked a room elsewhere. When I returned home a week later I found a confirmation e-mail in my spam folder. Called the hotel directly and they said they would only charge me for one night as a no-show. They said I could contest it through my credit but then I would run the risk of losing the cost for all 4 nights. So, I paid $140+ for a hotel room and I have never set foot on the property. For all I know this could be an excellent hotel...but I was not given the opportunity to try it out and it cost me $140 for nothing.
