Disliked: The $150.00 Deposit was a surprise but it was refunded so no big deal.

Liked: I loved talking to Jo, she was VERY helpful and her customer service is on point. Thank you so much for being accommodating and professional. Also the lady that was helping out on the breakfast bar. She said she worked on the desk but was covering for the regular person. She was VERY attentive and efficient. Definitely a great experience for our stay. Thank you so much.
