Passable

Disliked: Room was not ready for check in st 4pm made us wait till 6pm to check in . And never called like they said they would you let us know they were ready

Disliked: Hole in sheets, dirty bathroom, tip jar next to coffee area, dirty curtains, grimey bathroom. Not the same standard of quality that I usually find at other Fairfield inns

Liked: Breakfast was free, pretty clean.
Disliked: No hot tub. 2 of the rings on the pool were broken and injured my son's hand. Pretty dangerous

It got the job done....

Liked: Breakfast was good. I paid $170 per night and feel like that is about $50 too much. The location isn’t really good. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The whole facility felt kind of dirty. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Cleanliness could be better. It would also be nice to have a hot tub. The beds aren’t very comfortable.

Liked: I like the customer service and the booking was awesome got the room we wanted clean close to stuff we needed to go to just really great staff definitely would go back again thank you..
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like.
