Liked: The staff was friendly. The towels were fluffy.
Disliked: The bed was worn out and the mattress was lumpy. Breakfast was not good.

Disliked: Did not have equipment needed to make coffee in any of the rooms Carpet soaking wet under air conditioner Hard bedsHad to wait 30 min or more to check in..although arrived about 3:30( check in advertised 3:00) Got in after 4. ( on 1st floor)* Dangerous conditions with indoor pool( While pool had numerous people in it, adults & children, large underwater pool light came out of its socket floated to top of water trailing connected electrical cord with a section of cord wrapped with black electrical tape that was unraveling .) Notified staff who promptly took pictures & closed down pool.I shudder to think what could have happened in this situation.

Disliked: Room was not properly cleaned, no coffee machine in room. Stayed a Friday night while traveling Saturday morning got down to breakfast at 9 ansld it had already been cleaned up, breakfast was supposed to be till 10. No one could tell us why. No one even answered us. Rude

Liked: The staff! GM Thigpen has trained her staff Exceptionally well and customer service. Anything that was asked for was done with a smile. From taking time talking with the kiddos to recommendations for outings.
Disliked: The mattresses weren't the most comfortable. Don't forget your wall charger, no usb stations in rooms. Found strange ear ring in floor of room.
