Excellent hotel choice

Liked: Close to MOA. The shuttle was extremely helpful. Wonder drivers as well. It was a clean hotel. Great free breakfast All staff I encountered were excellent and helpful.
Disliked: A few extra pillows would have been nice but I didn’t ask either.

Excellent stay with the whole...

Liked: Low price compared to other hotels, coffee and tea available 24/7, polite staff, near Mall of America and airport
Disliked: Only one set of washer/dryer machine located on the first floor.

Liked: Near the airport, Mall of America and major stores . Free shuttle to the airport and MoA. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 at the lobby. Clean place, nice staff at the reception, can't say anything else!
Disliked: Loud noise from departing airplanes but no biggie! Tolerable.

Liked: Location to the MOA was fantastic and I loved the shuttle services to and from! The room was a good size and breakfast was always hot with many options to pick from. Pool/Hot tub area was clean and towels were provided which was a great perk so we didn't have to use our own.
Disliked: I didn't realize how close the hotel was to the airport. One of the mornings, we could hear the planes taking off about every 5 min starting around 6 am. It was rather loud, and I can only imagine what it was like for those on the 4th floor. (We were on the 2nd)
