Liked: Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff, very good value for the money.

Excellent staff

Liked: Staff friendly and took extra time to ensure our wake-up call worked. It was a new system, so reception called in person to ensure we had received the call.
Disliked: Plumbing sounds from adjacent rooms was loud.

Perfect location and great experience

Liked: Super close to Mall of America, the option to be shuttled to MOA, and the complimentary hot breakfast that was freshly filled up until the end of breakfast. The attendant was on her game at all times. A hotel with a hot tub is always a perk. I also liked the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower.
Disliked: The beds were a little too firm for me so I didn’t sleep the best. The pillows and comforter blanket/sheets were very comfortable though.
