Liked: Our stay at this hotel was good. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of quality options, providing a great start to our day. Its location is ideal, with convenient access to the Mall of America, IKEA, and the airport. I recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
Disliked: While the hotel itself was clean and well-located, I was disappointed with the level of service during my stay. I requested extra pillows due to a family member’s neck condition, but the staff made no effort to assist, simply stating, “we are out of pillows” without offering any alternatives or solutions. In situations where guest comfort and health are involved, I expected a higher level of care and responsiveness. This experience detracted from an otherwise positive stay. Additionally, there was an unexplained extra charge on my invoice. It was not addressed at checkout, and I only received an explanation after questioning the difference from the agreed-upon amount. Better communication and more attentive service would have significantly improved the experience.

Good location, rude staff, ok...

Liked: Great location for Mall of America and the airport. Microwaves in the room are a great facility.
Disliked: Guy checking us in was rude. No welcome, moaned that we’d booked through a 3rd party and he’d have to go through another process to check us in. Not something you want a team member to be huffing about after an 11 hour drive to the hotel.Complained to his colleague that he should’ve clocked out for his dinner “as everyone is arriving at once” whilst checking us in. Not very informative when explaining hold for incidentals, etc.Someone make sure he clocks out for his food tonight so that he’s less hangry and more welcoming to future guests!Rooms are dated. Sink in bathroom was cracked and bathroom extractor fan kicked out a strong smell of marijuana. Smell was prominent along the hallway.
