Would avoid at all costs

Disliked: I’m sorry but the customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. The hotel flooded, understood that natural phenomena happen, and I was emailed by the “general manager” that I could receive a refund if we chose to cancel our reservation with no issues. Well, all I’ve had is issues since this girl is nowhere to be found. The main number to the hotel is disconnected so you can’t even call them, and the email said to email the manager back, it’s been a week and a half and no response. I will be calling corporate today.

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful had many choices staff was very inviting it felt like home away from home
Disliked: I was part of the power outage it took me three and a half hours to get checked into a different motel

Liked: the hotel was in food condition. Without wearing. Good car acessibility and several cheap restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The ckeaning service. Nobody vacuumcleaned the room, at least we found toys from tge previous guests on the floor. Also we were told the cleaning should be any other day but in fact they did it once per 4-5 days. The shower gel was never refilled even though we asked for.The laundry service needed quarters but they pretty often were unable to exchange money.Breakfast facility had long times while some food was away.

Liked: Very clean, staff was awesome

A pleasant stay if you...

Liked: The staff was friendly and I liked that it was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the shower had good pressure and there was breakfast in the morning. Also a fridge in the room was nice for leftovers!
Disliked: I was disappointed that the TV didn't have internet and so I couldn't cast from my phone to it, and there wasn't any app services like Netflix, Max, etc... so the tv options were pretty limited. Also, the pool was smaller than I expected and could get crowded if more than one family was there.

Never again.

Liked: Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The woman at the front desk clearly hated her job and treated us like crap. The room she gave us had a door and jamb that someone had tried to jimmy open so we were concerned it wasn’t secure.

Liked: The location is convenient and the property is clean.
Disliked: The doors are made of steel and slam all night long. The walls are paper thin. The staff had attitude and made excuses. The door closest to our room was out of order (why wasn’t there a sign). When I contacted the staff regarding the door, there was attitude.
