Liked: The staff was nice and helpful.The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We Europeans also had something to eat :)The neighborhood is new and safe. There is a lot of parking.
Disliked: The free shuttle cost $25Our flight was delayed and we called the hotel at 10:25 to ask for the shuttle. Since there is only a transfer until 10:30, they didn't send it for us. I recommend writing that if the transfer is only available until 10 p.m. and not until 10:30 p.m.When we arrived in the evening, we informed the reception that we would like a transfer to the airport in the morning. The receptionist did not indicate that it was not free but $25.

It was pretty chill hotel...

Liked: Well I had gotten back from a cruise early and I called the hotel spoke to a very pleasant girl name Adrianna she was super nice and very accommodating I called to ask if there was a possibility that we can have an early check in she told me give her a minute so she can check and she came on and said they earliest I can do is 10 that was amazing i appreciate that so much we didn’t have to kill time else where we were able to get if ship and take a cab there everything was as it should we did have a little problem with the tv we called and they came asap to fix it great everyone there was very nice
Disliked: One thing that was a major bummer was that the pool wasn’t open at all because of some issues that pretty much sucked but we made the best of the 1 day stay

Liked: The room is nice and comfortable. Great that you have complementary breakfast. The staff very nice specifically the receptionist.
Disliked: Only one washing machine and dryer for the whole hotel visitors. The breakfast area was not very clean and close early on the weekend. I recommend that you extend the time or shift the hours till 11. The shuttle to the airport should be 24 hours as most of the flights during the night, our flight was delayed and we had to pay uber because it was passed 10 PM.The pool was closed without mentioning that when booking, and the kids got disappointed, the receptionist offered to use a close hotel pool but too much headache with young kids.

Liked: This hotel exceeded my expectations for my 1 night stay. The room was very spacious for my family of 5. Clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend.
