Good except the room location...

Liked: Breakfast was good. The hotel itself was nice - we went there after driving 9 hours from Florida. We chose this hotel to get a good night sleep - that did not happen. Top priority was to get rest, so not getting that makes the experience a regrettable choice.
Disliked: That we did not get a top floor room like we were told we could get - very bad night of rest with people walking above us. I told the front desk lady about the top floor & she still gave us the second floor with people walking above us. The parking lot was nearly empty when we got there…how hard is it for her to listen to our only request?
