Liked: Clean and fresh. Near restaurants and the freeway

Liked: My parents did stay a couple a times on a trip to Michigan and back and they said it was excellent

Liked: Front desk staff were very nice and professional. Complimentary water and coffee in lobby. Hotel was clean and in a great location, away from the chaos of downtown Memphis, but also just a short drive there. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed wasn't the greatest to be a Marriott hotel. It was surprising that it was uncomfortable. However, not terrible at all and not something that would deter me from staying again if needed, especially if just for a day or two.

Good value, clean room, and...

Liked: The location is ideal. It is situated right off the highway and there are several dining options nearby. The facility is clean and new. The breakfast offers plenty of options.
Disliked: There is nothing I can think of that would've improved our stay. It was a very pleasant visit.

Liked: We liked the location of were it was considering all the stores and gas stations around it's area. The bed was comfortable the pillows were soft.
Disliked: It's not the fact we didn't like it, but we believe every room should have a plunger in it.
