Felt uncomfortable towards the end...

Liked: Location was ok.
Disliked: The lady who handles breakfast was rude to my kids and wife. When we came down for breakfast she came out of nowhere with an attitude. I don’t know if it was cuz we had our 6 kids down there or what. They were not loud don’t understand what the deal was all I know I paid good money for a 2 bed room with sofa couch so of course we had an amount of people with us. Completely ruined ending experience so we left early. Don’t no one disrespect my kids u come to the parent or grown up.

Liked: I always look for Fairfield Inn and Suites for the value. The rooms are usually nice and the breakfast is a plus
Disliked: On this particular trip we had a tub with a scaly bottom. No other complaints.

Nice Location, but the Stay...

Liked: The area where the hotel is located is very nice.
Disliked: We’ve stayed at many hotels, and most of them allowed us to check in early without any issue. At this hotel, we arrived just 40 minutes before check-in time, but they asked for a $30 early check-in fee. I said I would wait, and shortly after, they gave us the room anyway. Unfortunately, the first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned, so we had to switch to another one. The new room was cleaner, but there was a strong smell of smoke coming from the neighboring room, where people were smoking all night. Even the first room had a noticeable odor when we entered.
