It was a nice hotel...

Liked: It was clean and comfortable also the front desk was nice and very helpful.
Disliked: The pool was dirty wasn’t clean when we arrived. Housekeeping needs to clean on top of headboard it was thick dust.

Exceptional

Liked: The young lady at the front desk was awesome. She went out of her way to ensure we would have a restful nights sleep.
Disliked: Really had no complaints about anything.

The staff was very friendly...

Liked: Some choices were limited. Another flavor of muffins like blueberry instead of just banana would be good.

Liked: We were there for a medical emergency. Just stopped in to sleep a few hours

The room was sufficient, staff...

Liked: The employee was very helpful especially since the card reader was down due to storms in the area. She worked very hard to get the reader back up and finally succeeded.
Disliked: I wish it had been in a better location. It was on aback road and eating places was hard to get it if you didn't know the area.
