Liked: EVERYTHING! Our room was clean and the whole hotel was clean everywhere. The private and public bathrooms were clean.
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like

Noisy and no TV

Liked: Bed were really soft and comfortable
Disliked: Room were very thin so you could hear the room next to you.They use cheap cable that does not work. So there was no channel to watch on the TV.

Liked: I enjoyed the wonderful, however the door to the pool had to be kept open because the General Manager said if the close the outside door mold will form.

Disliked: Reserved a family suite but when we checked in, only room available was a room with one bed, for our 5 family members. Since we booked and paid ahead of time, we still got charged for family suite.

Liked: The Staff is awesome especially the gentleman that works late nights with the twisted curly hair and tall. He has such a greeting and smiles ALL the time, perky. I wish I knew his name. But everyone should take greeting lessons from him if there was such a thing.
