Disliked: My room had ants. There was a big hole in the carpet right when I entered The elevator floor was filthy. The pool was out. The property is old and not well kept

Liked: Front desk was very nice for first booking when I ask for receipt upon checking out she refused to give me receipt told me I had to go to site
Disliked: Front desk on my check out morning very rude I ask could she give me receipt for my stay no very rude wasn't at desk when she finally came up to desk she refused to give me receipt for my stay for 5 nights

Liked: Staff was helpful with our late check in problems. Was able to get us in an accommodating room.
