Quality room/ Questionable business practices.

Liked: Property was nice. Breakfast good too. Everything clean and close by for work project.
Disliked: I elected to pay, not at time of booking the room, but at the hotel during check in. I travel the US on a regular basis for business using Booking dot com... always select the pay at check in option. My card was charged at 4AM on the day of my arrival 12 hours prior to my 4PM check in. When agreements are not honored, trust issues arise. Will not stay at this brand or location in the future.
