Good room, great location

Liked: The location was perfect for the wedding we attended. Room was pretty clean, there was some leftover party tape/stickers on the wall and ceiling above the bed when we checked in which was kind of disturbing. We chalked it up to clear tape/sticky tack not caught by housekeeping.... and Prom season had just ended. Either way my over 6ft hubby was able to get it off the ceiling for the next guests.... When we told the front desk they were alarmed, and eager to help the situation if need be. Breakfast was good, fresh choices

Liked: Property is located in a great area, easy access to highway, shopping, restaurants, etc.Continental Breakfast was great and staff was friendly! Would recommend!
Disliked: Just wish the beds were a little cozier but the soft pillows make up for hard beds!

Quality room/ Questionable business practices.

Liked: Property was nice. Breakfast good too. Everything clean and close by for work project.
Disliked: I elected to pay, not at time of booking the room, but at the hotel during check in. I travel the US on a regular basis for business using Booking dot com... always select the pay at check in option. My card was charged at 4AM on the day of my arrival 12 hours prior to my 4PM check in. When agreements are not honored, trust issues arise. Will not stay at this brand or location in the future.
