Eid trip

Liked: Check in was smooth, room was clean and spacious, breakfast was good, outdoor pool was good n clean up to standards.Over all I give this place 10 out of 10.Customer service was great.

Great stay

Liked: Location, it was clean and comfortable.Our only complaint was the air conditioner in the room was kind of loud, but I didn’t mind it as much as my husband did.

Disappointing

Disliked: The A/C did not work. Requested a king room and received two queens and being told all kings were taken. Then don’t offer it at booking.

Disliked: Didn’t get the room to paid for in advance due to it being booked , person wasn’t able to inform us and stuck us in what they had.
