Liked: This hotel used to be a lot cleaner. The elevator floor was plain gritty the whole time we were there. Housekeeping, availability, and regularity were not great. Also, the hotel really needs to invest in handheld shower options. This is a huge one for me. The Fairfield used to be my hotel of choice when I come home to Marshall, but I don’t think I will stay there next time. It is not a good value for the hefty price…However, the breakfast service and food was really good. That is the bright spot.
