Liked: My room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.The Receptionist was most accommodating and assisted me with a personal request to print a small Word document.
Disliked: The walls are too thin. My sleep was disturbed because I could hear a person snoring in the next room

Perfect gateway destination

Liked: Super easy access, close to many stores (coffee shops, restaurants, shopping center, banks, etc) within a walking distance.Breakfast included with many options to choose from (even almond milk available and yogurt, fresh fruit).The sports center is super complete. And they have a beautiful garden outside
Disliked: The trash can on the side of the hotel was full and the bed covers weren't clean on 1 of the beds.otherwise, the rest of the complex was impecable.

Poor food menu

Liked: Cleanliness is good.
Disliked: Extremely poor breakfast menu. Not even provided bottle of water in room which is truly unexpected.At least breakfast menu could be better.

Disliked: DO NOT RECOMMEND, UNFRIENDLY, UNETHICALI booked a room for 4 nights in October 2024 (months before my stay). When my parents and I reached the hotel (after a 20 hr international journey) they couldn’t find it and then said it was not their issue that my booking wasn’t in their system. They asked me to contact booking.com myself and ask for a refund. After 2 hours I had to manually go through their laptop screen and found my name and showed the person there.I asked for a refund later as I had already booked another hotel since the receptionist said we didn’t have a booking, and the manager (Daniel) claims that there were no disruptions. Worst place.
