Disliked: The front night worker her name was Lisa was not pleasant at all!! I’ve worked customer service for many years and she definitely did not have the skills to work as a customer service representative. From the moment that I walked in, she had attitude as if she was dissatisfied with us just existing. I had reserved two rooms one was paid for and the other one was with Afterpay. She didn’t even allow me to show her the confirmation number for the one from booking.com. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to call Booking.com to get this fixed. She didn’t even help me get a number. She was making sighing noises for about 10-15 min while I tried to search for a number for booking.com. My family member had to pay my room because it was such an inconvenience for her to help resolve and explain what happened. Very frustrating experience!!
