Near the airport, easy LAX...

Liked: Nice place near the airport, with a free airport shuttle.
Disliked: Long-term parking prices have changed. My parents stayed here a little over a year ago and had an extremely affordable long-term parking price while they were out of the country. We were told it would be roughly $25/day.

Good stay for someone who...

Liked: The hotel room was nice and had all the amenities expected. The staff arranged for a baby bad to be delivered to the room and it was easy to set up. The breakfast was basic, but good. It was a hot breakfast and there was a waffle maker which was easy to use. The area around the hotel isn't anything special, but we did have a number of fast food restaurants that were easy to walk to.
Disliked: There was no free drinking water in the room, but buying water bottles was easy enough since there is both a supermarket and 7-11 across the street.

Parking fee of 55 dollars...

Liked: Location is closer to LAX and shuttle bus service
Disliked: I was extremely disappointed to discover a $55 per night parking fee that I was not informed of at check-in. This is a substantial hidden charge that should have been clearly disclosed upfront.Booking.com is also responsible, as this information was not visibly presented on the listing page. Instead, it was buried under additional questions, requiring me to click through multiple layers to find it. This is misleading and feels intentionally deceptive.I used Booking.com specifically to find affordable accommodations, but this hidden charge completely undermined that effort and ended up wasting my time and money. I expected greater transparency and honesty in both the booking process and the hotel’s policies. I sent an email to hotel and there was no reply. Unfortunately it is not the end. I have to use this hotel one more time to pick up my daughter since I already booked up through this site…
