Not good but not bad.

Liked: Quiet
Disliked: I did a room that was supposed to be a king bed and a sofa bed, no it was 2 full beds and diddnt lol like the pictures. The hot tub wasn’t that hot.

Great stay for quick overnight.

Liked: Location was ideal. Close to University. Parking lot well lit. Room appeared very clean and comfortable. Bed was nice. Shower pressure was very good.
Disliked: Breakfast coffee tasted "off." Needed additional towels in order to shower in the evening after a long day and again in the morning before departure.
