Very disappointed
Liked: Location
Disliked: The ac was extremely loud in our first room they switched us, we left our dress clothes for our son’s wedding in the closet a few hours later when realized….they were gone. After the staff talked to the head housekeeper they showed up and smelled like food. We are certain they stole them. They smelled so bad we couldn’t wear them. Also the bed in the 2nd room had a huge dip in the middle and the sink wouldn’t drain. A lot of money paid for not being taken care of!

It was brief
Liked: The gravy was cold, there was no syrup or butter out for waffles. Yes they were completely booked but there was one lady trying to do everything herself and she couldn't keep up. She started to get annoyed and would stay in the back a bit longer each time. A man came into help with cleaning and she treated him like garbage out of her frustration.
Disliked: Put it in what I did like and I'm not moving it. There wasn't much that I did like.

Cold and uncomfortable
Liked: Close to my destination
Disliked: The cold air that was blowing through the unit made the room cold this was happening while the heat was on .

Poor
Liked: Close to the hospital I was going to
Disliked: The front desk staff at check in was inexperienced and charged me twice for my stay and can only tell me they are trying to fix it but it will take time .It was an error that should not have happened if she was trained correctly
