You can’t go wrong staying...
Liked: It was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious!!! The room was set up perfectly. This was one of the nicest stays I’ve ever been to. The prices were good too.
Disliked: Nothing.

Overall nice
Liked: Friendly staff, clean and well kept room
Disliked: Bathroom doors need rubber bumpers in the frame. They slam hard if closed normally. Had a late check in next to me and the slamming bathroom door kept waking me up until they were done for the night.

Exceptional
Liked: I brought my son to registration day at Cumberland University and I loved the location. Our room was clean and comfortable. My 6 yr old loved the pool. I will be staying again when I bring my son for move in at the university.

Lovely hotel, but we won't...
Liked: The room was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was delicious. Great location right off highway. The negative incidences below will dissuade me from staying at that hotel again. It's a shame. The hotel was lovely and the other employees at the hotel were very nice and accommodating.
Disliked: We arrived at the hotel around 9 PM along with 2 other families, and there was no one at the reception desk. We waited for about 10 - 15 minutes for someone to arrive. One of the guests called the hotel phone number, but since it rang at the reception desk, no one answered. When someone finally arrived to check us all in, she was surly and unprofessional. She was unkind to one of the guests who was standing there waiting to check in. I'm guessing the reason he didn't walk out is that he may have already paid. It was certainly the reason my husband and I stayed. She said she had to walk away to assist a guest and that "she left a note." She pointed out the sign that said "Come join us for complimentary breakfast" and listed the hours. The sign did not state that someone would arrive to assist us. This incident set a negative tone for the visit. In addition, someone knocked on the door at 1:30 AM. She said she had the wrong room.
