Disappointing

Liked: The person at front desk wS awesome
Disliked: The bed was terrible. It that was a queen bed well I don’t know. Room was clean

Lukewarm water washed out stay.

Liked: The young lady who checked us in was very nice.
Disliked: The bed was extremely hard, so we didn't sleep well. I took my shower at 6:30 am, and there was NO water pressure. The LUKE WARM water dribbled out of the shower head. When other people in the hotel flushed their toilets, there was even less water for my shower. We didn't stay for breakfast. We were going to book for a second night, but I'd rather drive the 4 hours home than have an experience like that. NO THANKS.

Liked: Clean and welcoming entry area. Soft bed.
Disliked: Very small room. Bed was not a full king. Ancient TV. Too small by today's expectations.

NEVER again…

Liked: The room was fine. Nothing special but was clean. The bathroom light didn’t work and the hot water was warm at best. By the end of a 15 min shower, there was no water pressure. Staff took their sweet time at check in and check out. Over charged me and when calling to get an explanation, the gal on the phone told me there were signs on the desk and hung up on me. Childish and unprofessional are an understatement!

Disliked: The rooms were definitely not like the pictures that they advertised. Definitely needs updated for the price they charge!
