Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lansing at Eastwood

Outstanding hotel!!!

Liked: Not one complaint. Very very happy with everything!!

It was good, but needs...

Liked: Good breakfast but ended too early, especially on weekends. 9:00 am is just to early to stop and remove everything.
Disliked: Pool was unavailable the entire time. Fitness room was missing weights.and had few machines..

Over all it was clean...

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The room was nice and clean however the mattress was too firm for me. Didnt get much sleep. Plus the outlets on the lamp didnt work for some of our things like cpap and phone charger but had to use wall outlets.

Excellent except for refrigerator’s limited:timed...

Liked: Immaculate, very comfortable room and bed, and loved that HBO/MAX is free!
Disliked: The mini fridge only stays ON for two hours or OFF for 8 hours so two of my leftover meals went to room temp. I addressed this with the very kind and perpetually helpful front office staff and they thought it was possible that all the fridges are now sporting this feature. If that is the case I will be less likely to return. Having warm beverages and spoiled food is unsafe or undesirable.

Easy access and shopping

Liked: Spent one night passing through Lansing and this hotel was perfect. The location was right off the highway, so it was easy to access. There was a nearby shopping center with good selection of goods for our travels and an assortment of restaurants for people's choices. Even though we were near the highway, the room was quiet and cozy. Easy in and out to continue our journey.
Disliked: Only that we spent one night, so we didn't really get to enjoy more of Lansing, Michigan.
