The staff is amazing. Front...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious. Lots of tables even with many guests. Our room was spotless clean and comfy. The Air conditioner was perfect for our 100 + hear days. My fave? The pillows! I want to buy those pillows!
Disliked: No complaints.

I love staying at Fairfield,...

Liked: The location
Disliked: Only 1 elevator worked which was bad for my mom who was handicapped. The pool was closed the entire time. The AC didn’t work downstairs and in the hallways. Their maintenance person was on vacation. The food choices were slim because they were packed. The maids were rude and would push onto elevators before the guests. The downstairs tables for breakfast area were not clean. The hallways were not the cleanest. The bathroom in our room had some wear and tear.

Definitely would stay again.

Liked: Room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Pool was very cold. Pull out couch was uncomfortable.

It was OK, not great.

Liked: The location was ideal for us. The place was clean.
Disliked: Some of the staff do not have a very good idea of customer service. They act like they are doing the customer a favor. And if you're having a bad day, you don't take it out on the customer. Not all of the staff. Some were very pleasant.
