Liked: The location
Disliked: Only 1 elevator worked which was bad for my mom who was handicapped. The pool was closed the entire time. The AC didn’t work downstairs and in the hallways. Their maintenance person was on vacation. The food choices were slim because they were packed. The maids were rude and would push onto elevators before the guests. The downstairs tables for breakfast area were not clean. The hallways were not the cleanest. The bathroom in our room had some wear and tear.

Disliked: More of a variety in bagels

Definitely would stay again.

Liked: Room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Pool was very cold. Pull out couch was uncomfortable.

It was OK, not great.

Liked: The location was ideal for us. The place was clean.
Disliked: Some of the staff do not have a very good idea of customer service. They act like they are doing the customer a favor. And if you're having a bad day, you don't take it out on the customer. Not all of the staff. Some were very pleasant.

Location excellent / Hotel was...

Liked: Location was excellent for shopping / restaurants / Sight and Sound Theatre.
Disliked: Mix-up between Hotel and Booking.com regarding our prepayment of room. Noise from unknown source possibly some type of generator that was loud at night that came on and off and greatly disturbed my sleep. We asked for housekeeping and disappointed to find that they dropped off fresh towels and toilet paper however bed not made nor garbage emptied or other signs of cleaning. Had to ask staff to replenish some items at buffet.
