Exceptional

Stay was peaceful and comfortable.

Liked: The room was clean and very comfortable. The detail of adding the guest's name on the TV home page is a nice touch.
Disliked: There was a little stain on the bed sheets that look like blood or chocolate milk, im not sure. I did not see it until the next morning because it was under the covers.

Liked: Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good. Out of a lot of items and was unable to restock.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and still fighting...

Liked: Nothing! HUGE miss for a Fairfield!
Disliked: Dirty room, lack of blankets available, dismissive employees including from desk and breakfast crew, dead bugs in the dining area! Plenty more pictures but could only select 4!

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was good.
Disliked: We were in a handicap room because that was all there was. The shower was discussing and the bathroom smelt like sewer, it was bad!!!; Neither my husband nor I would take a shower. Our rooms keys wouldn't work. They tried others they didn't work so they gave us a master key. When we were leaving the next morning we opened the door to leave and something fell off the outside of the door lock. We left it on the floor by the door and told them at the front desk. We have stayed at many Fairfield Inns and have never had a problem. Hope something is done about room 216 before any other guess goes into it!!!! Bad experience.
