Liked: Very accommodating
Disliked: Had to be moved twice. I paid for a king with a suds bed, when we got checked in, the room only had a king bed. They provided a roll away bed for the inconvenience and upgraded us for the next night. But the first night I did not get what I paid for.

Overrated hotel - should be...

Liked: Easy access from the interstate, restaurants close to the hotel
Disliked: Everything looked worn, bad odors in the corridors

Liked: Was a nice room comfortable bed pillows were terrible
Disliked: False advertising saying they had a hot tub they don't pool was rather small there was a like six people in it and they're really wasn't a whole lot of room left no stairs to get in you had to climb down a ladder also got charged a $20 fee in case you use their market supposedly it's refundable but I've yet to see it refund and I was charged before I even checked in I was charged at 3:00 because of supposedly going through you guys is a third party vendor so they charge everybody ahead of time

Liked: Close to shopping and restaurant’s
Disliked: Phone didn’t work in our room and we had two rooms one for granddaughters and one for grandson so it made it made it kind of inconvenient to be able to call them in the next room if needed
