Relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff

Liked: The property is very well maintained, extremely clean rooms. Breakfast was great! My family and I checked in late night around 2145 and the front woman at the front desk was welcoming and fast at checking us in. Shoutout to the woman that checked my family and I in on 08/01!!

You should not price gouge.

Disliked: You price gouge for events like WIAA. The room was $309 for one night. That is bad. Also, I used a company credit card to hold the room only! You used the card to pay for the room and I got in trouble for that. The employee was supposed to pay for room and expense the room fee.

Liked: The staff was nice. They tried to fix our issues with the rooms. Kitchen staff did a great job with the breakfast. The were very respectful.
Disliked: The 1st room we were in the dead bolt didn't work. They sent someone up who fixed it for the moment but when my husband tried to use it it wouldn't unlock. Then the key cards stopped working. My husband got two new set of cards that didn't work. Then they gave us a new room that was open the whole time we were there and the dead bolt didn't work. Also one of the cards didn't work. I went down and asked for a third room. This time they checked they checked the room there self. Took them two trips to figure out the card issue. This room was fine. Fridge froze everything in it but otherwise fine.
