Disliked: Everything was good for a one night stay for work while traveling through

Liked: The breakfast was fairly good. It was a bit busy through the night. I would have to say it was what I expected.
Disliked: Everything was ok.

Liked: Our room had everything we needed. We stayed for a quick overnight on our way to Gatlinburg.

Bad experienced ... trashy attitude...

Liked: The hotel is okay ...
Disliked: The staff on the morning we checked out was rude and unprofessional ... she didn't ask the way you should talk to customer/s. She made a scene out of a situation where she didn't even check how and what happened. She just assumed that she was right of what she heard or overheard on the phone when she called and checked on us that morning of us checking out. She needs a customer skills service badly. It doesn't look good to a place like a hotel to put a staff at the front desk, particularly with a trashy attitude. My partner is still not over how she talked to him that morning. She should not have talked the way she did if she was professional enough to handle the situations. Too bad we don't remember and / or we didn't check her name. But the HR should be able to trace or check who was on duty in the morning of Saturday, July 5, 2025, around 12 noon. We look forward to hearing a just report about the incident. Thank you

My stay was horrible room...

Liked: Location ok but the breakfast was horrible I stayed 5 day only went down to try the breakfast once I didn't go back
Disliked: The eggs and muffins I had to request to change my room because of the smell 5 day and u have to request for them to clean it did they make the bed same sheets did vacuum or sweep or clean the bathroom house keeping is very poor
