Best hotel ever stayed at

Liked: Everybody there was fantastic The room was very clean. The beds were fantastic front counter people. Everybody was great the night before our last day there my granddaughter lost her diamond earring down into the sink. Not sure if he was the owner or the head manager. I want to say the owner though came to our room and literally took the piping apart and found her earring. Everybody went above and beyond throughout our whole stay, I would highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The only thing that we did not like is the breakfast was the same every morning

Arrived near midnight while driving...

Liked: It was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable. We booked on booking.com - just be aware when you do that. Not the hotels fault but booking.com gives misinformation about the rooms. We thought we were getting a sofa bed in each room but didn't. Again, NOT the hotels fault. We loved Fairfield.
Disliked: It was all great.

Liked: The employees were late coming to the front counter for me to check in. I asked the employees to clean the rooms when we left the first time and we came back and they didn't clean the rooms. The towels were dirty and didn't have any big towels left. There was no great customer service!! I disapprove of the satisfaction of this hotel....

Best price for the cost

Liked: Good location. Best hotel we stayed at on our 5 day trip. Breakfast was pretty standard fare.
Disliked: There were some kids in the breakfast area without shoes even though a sign was visible about needing shoes. Kind of gross.

Liked: The pool was ice cold. Not heated at all. The lady at check in was really nice. The gentleman working on Saturday was running the front desk and the breakfast area. He needed help. He could not keep up with breakfast, making coffee , and working the front desk by himself. The garbage at the end of the hotel doors were very full and just a nasty area. Cigarette butts everywhere as well. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Liked: It was clean, quiet, and in a good area. The room was nice for the most part, and the parking lot was good. Check in staff was very nice.
Disliked: My bed and pillows were not comfortable. It almost bowed in at the head and the pillows were lumpy and thin. I woke up with a sore neck. The toilet also flushed super loud, which wasn’t an issue necessarily. Just making you aware.
