Good stay for the night...

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located next to the highway. Breakfast was excellent. The size of the room was adequate and the bathroom was well equipped and clean. Climate control in the room was good and could be adjusted for individual comfort.
Disliked: The location is a little noisy because it is next to I-40. When we came into the room the toilet tank was filling because the flapper was slightly open. This wastes a lot of water over time. I mentioned it to the receptionist, but had the feeling she was not very interested. Maintenance should be better and more alert to guests comments.

Disliked: Had to search for Sunday night desk staff (7:00 pm) to check in.

Disliked: Run down Under renovation Staff was basically nonexistent

Disgusting

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room smelled like Mildew, there were dead bugs in the bathroom. There was hair in the sheets and towels. The most disturbing part was the stain spots that were on the sheets. I left before even getting into bed.

Liked: Room was nice and good to see upgrades taking place
Disliked: Renovation crew had a mess. I understand while work is being done but maybe vacuum at end of the day?

Pleasant

Liked: Clean and good location.
Disliked: Booked for “excellent” rating and paid more. But found the facilities to be worn down, but the are in the process of updating. Just expensive.
