Liked: Had to pay $40 for parking on the property
Disliked: I paid $40 to park on property

Disliked: Too loud young families around the pool/ restaurant at night

Lovely hotel, room etc with...

Liked: The swimming pool ! I loved the fact that you could enjoy a cocktail poolside and that the pool was open until 11pm so you could enjoy a swim in the cool of the evening and watch the sunset, and float in the pool looking up at the moon and stars.
Disliked: As a non-driver thought the hotel shuttle service into town was a bit steep at $25.00 a pop when many hotels do a free shuttle service so, next time I visit Key West, I would book accommodation closer to town/ in town.

I think a great option...

Liked: The pool and exterior space amazing! They let us keep our car there during our check out day since excursion was until 4. Shuttle service was awesome. Breakfast was great
Disliked: 2nd floor is really up two flights of stairs not 1. Laundry is on same story but confusion finding it, after taking clothes down stairs… then back up! They do have an elevator but opposite end of our room

All in all. a pretty...

Liked: The pool area is very lovely. Breakfast was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to and from downtown was a wonderful addition as parking in downtown can be a hassle.
Disliked: The room was dated. The sofa bed was horrid. it was like sleeping on the springs alone. There was barely a mattress on the sofa bed. Very uncomfortable indeed. The set up of the room itself and the toilet is not very agreeable for a family of 5. The toilet is in the bedroom area. so you do have to go through the bedroom to get to the face sink or toilet.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

Disliked: Rooms were small. Cleaning never came. Got stuck in the elevator with two other families.
