Hotel very convenient to all...

Liked: the front desk staff was always pleasant and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and quiet (important!) and the bed was comfortable as well. We didn't really use any of the facilities, but the overall look of the hotel was clean and modern.
Disliked: We did a TON of walking each day and stayed up late, so missed breakfast both mornings. Would be nice if breakfast went until 10, perhaps. We were still able to grab a yogurt to go, though.

Would stay here again if...

Liked: Small suite, great location to Longwood Gardens and nice restaurants.
Disliked: Could barely get on one side of the bed because of room size.Breakfast was less than average.

Liked: Front desk staff very helpful. Gave us connecting rooms. Glad you had ear plugs in room because street noise loud.
Disliked: 1. Hot tub had too much ?bleach or clorox? Caused bathing suit to lose most of its color. 2. Pool water didn’t look clear so we avoided it.

Poor

Disliked: The water was off from 10am-2pm so I had to go to my meeting without showering. Then I transferred to another hotel and am having issues getting a refund. Also the phone was disconnected couldn’t even call downstairs if I wanted to.

Super friendly and helpful staff!

Liked: Staff was friendly, helpful, kind, professional - everyone including the front desk and housekeeping staff.
Disliked: Some of the furniture in the room is showing signs of wear and tear and should be replaced.
