Exceptional

Liked: clean. friendly staff.
Disliked: the parking situation is less than ideal. had issues with the tub draining properly. could use a fan in the sleeping area of the suite not much of the ac makes it back that far.

Beautiful hotel with questionable parking

Liked: Everything, except for parking...see below. Beautiful almost floor to ceiling windows overlooking the cute downtown. Very large room with sitting chair and ottoman. Convenient frig and microwave. Breakfast was phenomenal with plenty of hot and cold items. Never saw so many variety of milks offered before. Coffee very good for a hotel.
Disliked: Very difficult to maneuver luggage from parking garage behind hotel to the actual hotel. Parking garage was all steps..no elevator. Was told to park in front of hotel...think double park to load up cart and then repark in the garage.

Liked: Nice location, clean , nice & helpful front desk staff , comfy bed, nice 3rd floor room facing downtown

Wonderful visit to Keene during...

Liked: The room was beautiful. Loved the exposed brick. I could definitely stay there for an extended stay.
Disliked: It was cold out

Liked: The room was very spacious and the breakfast was fantastic. The location was fantastic!
Disliked: We heard all the street noise and the people above us, we heard them walking and talking until midnight or so. It’s an old building, so you hear everything.
