Liked: Upon entering, the staff was just beyond friendly during check in. The rooms were also very nice, clean and modern. The nicest hotel in the Kansas City metro.
Disliked: Hours for breakfast could last longer.

Liked: I was very clean. Everyone was friendly and breakfast was great
Disliked: Bed. Other than that it was great.

Disappointed in hall noise allowed

Liked: The room was very nice and the shower was nice except could of been nicer with a nicer showerhead
Disliked: I did not like that I was told the bus was college kids bowling team and that they were on a different floor but then I had them running up and down the hall on my floor which was 2 floors down from where I was told they were and the heating and cooling was not working well previous reviews stated that things like this were not dealt with so I am disappointed that they still were not

Disliked: One night very noisy neighbors above us. Everything elses was great

Clean and good location. Need...

Liked: Good location to interstate. Very clean and staff were hospitable.
Disliked: Thin walls and ceiling. Could hear every footstep and my neighbor had their TV on all night which was coming through the wall.

I would definitely stay again...

Disliked: It was a little pricier than I wanted I usually pay around 125 a night when I stay somewhere but I realize we were close to a major city and that matters
