It was nice

Liked: The property is clean and nice and quiet , the front desk girl was very nice and sweet.
Disliked: I don’t like the fact you have to turn in wash rags and towels to get some new ones it need to be more than 2 rags and 2 towels you cannot use the rag you wash your body with to wash your face thats very nasty. The pool was very dirty it look like it wasn’t clean at all , the place is nice but i feel like if you paying all this money for these you should’ve have enough face rags and towels next time i come i will bring my own wash rags and towels

Overall Positive.. but our bed

Liked: The overall stay was excellent. Staff was available, kind, and able to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was good, as well. They offered a good variety of Bacon, Sausage, Croissants, Bagels, Cereal, & more. I would say it was slightly better than average, because they offered lots of cold options & only a few hot cooked options (Bacon & Sausage); As a side note, they did have Spinach Quiches which were honestly a huge surprise to see. I believe they served those on Friday Morning.
Disliked: Our bed was Really stiff. We ended up cutting our 4-night stay short, seeing as we were only a couple hours from home. This truly was our only complaint; our backs couldn't take another night in that bed.

Liked: Cleanliness, convenient location.
Disliked: Bed very hard. Kids slamming door and running up and down the halls constantly. Worst part I produced a card when I checked which was different from the one I booked with. I asked them to use the card I provided them in person. They already charged even there was no prepayment needed and used the card I presented to them in person for a whole other fee. Very upsetting.
